Building your First Floor

If we think of the ground floor ceiling as the ‘line of normality’ then anything we build on top of this line means we are going above and beyond normal functioning. This means understanding, picturing and pursuing your life coaching goals. 

We will spend time considering these goals and provide you with the tools to achieve them. You can be confident that these goals are reachable even if in the past they have proved elusive. This is because you have built carefully and well. Your new recovery building will support your life goals.

You can see much further from a first floor window then from the ground floor. So, what is it you see? What is the future you always wanted but couldn’t reach?
