Helping you build you recovery

Preparation is the first vital step to a successful recovery.

Building your Recovery

Most of you will have bought a house at some point in your life, Maybe more than one. The rest of you will have certainly rented a place. Let me ask you, did you rush out and buy the first thing you saw? Did you look and decide without asking the price or considering the neighbourhood? The more you think of your recovery like buying a new home, the better you will understand and be able to face the challenges tat await you.

In all my years running Rehabs and working with individuals, failing to prepare has been the most obvious problem that has tripped them up. I have boiled down this preparation to just three questions. Design, Cost and Location

The three main questions

One of the biggest problems I have seen over the years has been people trying to recover but letting others dictate the look of that recovery. It must be your design! Read more about Design

Recovery is not free. Neither are homes. If you do not consider the cost of what you are commiting to, you will not be ready to pay for it. Read more about Cost

In your addicted lifestyle who did you spend your time with? Have you considered that you may need a new location if you are to be happy in your new home. Read more about Location.
